Single Purpose

Tab Audio Boost Router boosts the volume of individual browser tabs and routes the audio to user-selected output devices.

Audio Data

Audio is captured locally via Chrome's tabCapture API, processed through Web Audio gain and limiter nodes, and played through the selected output device. Audio data never leaves your browser and is not stored.

Local Storage

The extension may store preferences such as boost levels, selected output devices, theme settings, per-device volume memory, and an anonymous user ID for Pro status verification.

Server Requests

Server requests are limited to Pro status verification, trial activation, and billing flows. No page content or audio data is sent to our servers.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Tab Audio Boost Router does not store full credit card numbers.

Permissions

• activeTab — identify the current tab to boost and route audio
• tabCapture — capture tab audio streams locally
• offscreen — create offscreen playback for boosted audio
• storage — save preferences and Pro status metadata
